Faster Than Take Out Chicken Dinner

  1. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet.
  2. Quickly brown chicken breasts on each side.
  3. Add mushrooms and saute for 5 min.
  4. Mix canned tomatoes, water and 1 packet of Lipton onion soup together.
  5. Add this mixture to skillet, baste chicken and cover.
  6. Cook chicken on medium heat for 10 min.
  7. Turn chicken over, baste and uncover.
  8. Cook for another 10 - 15 minutes depending on thickness of chicken breasts.
