Chili Wraps

  1. Saute onion in oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add the ground beef. Brown and break up.
  3. Season with black, white and red pepper, hot sauce, chili powder, oregano, ketchup and garlic powder.
  4. Place 1/8 of meat mixture down center of softened tortilla (see Tip). Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
  5. Fold over top bottom edges.
  6. Fold one side over filling, then other side.
  7. Secure with toothpicks. Heat oil, 1/2-inch high, in a heavy skillet.
  8. Fry tortillas folded side down first.
  9. Turn, brown other side.
  10. Drain.
  11. Serve hot.
