Ham Quesadillas in Black Bean Sauce
- 1 cup red salsa
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, undrained
- 6 corn tortillas (6 inch), softened
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- Blend salsa and beans in blender until smooth; pour into large skillet.
- Cook on medium heat 4 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Top tortillas with ham; fold in half.
- Add to bean mixture in skillet; top with cheese.
- Cover; cook on low heat 3 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Serve topped with cilantro.
