Holiday Party Eggnog
- 3 dozen eggs
- 1 34-2 cups sugar
- 12 gallon milk, plus
- 1 quart milk
- 3 pints whipping cream
- Bourbon
- nutmeg
- Separate eggs.
- Beat egg whites till almost stiff.
- Gradually add 2 cups of sugar (or less), beating until stiff.
- Beat egg yolks.
- Add yolks to whites & mix.
- Add milk to eggs & mix.
- Add cream & mix.
- Add bourbon to taste.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Can be topped with additional whipped cream if desired.
