Baked Meatballs in Sauce

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients together.
  2. Cover bowl and chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Form into desired size meatballs and brown in hot skillet; drain on paper towel.
  4. Arrange in a large baking dish.
  5. Sauce Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  6. Bring to boil, and boil 5 minutes.
  7. Pour sauce over meatballs in baking dish.
  8. Bake uncovered for 1 hour in a 350 degree F oven.
  9. Serve over rice or noodles, or with crusty garlic bread, and a crispy green salad.
  10. This can easily be doubled for a potluck or large gathering.
  11. From the pound of ground beef, I usually get 25 small meatballs.
  12. Enjoy!
