Cinnamon Berry Sauce For Ice Cream
- 2 cups frozen unsweetened blueberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Splenda
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm over ice cream.
- You can use any of your favorite frozen unsweetened fruit.
