Quick and Cheap Chinese Noodle Stir-fry

  1. Cook your frozen veggies according to the package instructions and set aside.
  2. Boil a pot of water then cook your noodles until done, about 3 minutes.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet on medium-high heat, and then add in your drained noodles.
  5. Toss and allow the noodles to crisp up a bit.
  6. While noodles are crisping, combine soy sauce, the half seasoning packet, red pepper, brown sugar and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  7. Whisk until sugar is dissolved, then pour onto the crisping noodles.
  8. Toss to fully coat, then add in your cooked vegetables.
  9. Give everything a quick flip, divide into two servings and enjoy!
