Quick and Cheap Chinese Noodle Stir-fry
- 1 cup Frozen Vegetables (or Fresh If Have!) Of Choice
- 2 packages 3 Ounce Packages,Top Ramen Noodles (we Used The Chicken Flavor)
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
- 1/2 whole Packet Of Seasoning That Comes With Noodles
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Cook your frozen veggies according to the package instructions and set aside.
- Boil a pot of water then cook your noodles until done, about 3 minutes.
- Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a skillet on medium-high heat, and then add in your drained noodles.
- Toss and allow the noodles to crisp up a bit.
- While noodles are crisping, combine soy sauce, the half seasoning packet, red pepper, brown sugar and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Whisk until sugar is dissolved, then pour onto the crisping noodles.
- Toss to fully coat, then add in your cooked vegetables.
- Give everything a quick flip, divide into two servings and enjoy!
