Leftover Chicken Casserole
- Any Amount Of Leftover Chicken You Have On Hand
- 1 bag (about 12 Oz. Bag) Egg Noodles
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken (or Cream Of Mushroom) Soup, Up To Double The Amount If Needed
- Shredded Cheese, To Taste
- Seasoned Salt And Pepper
- Cook the egg noodles to package directions.
- Drain and place back in the cooking pot.
- Mix in chicken, soup (use more if the noodles seem dry), shredded cheese (enough to your liking), and seasoned salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until top noodles are crunchy.
