Lemon and Butter Herb Salmon
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 fresh tarragon sprigs
- 2 lemon slices
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Pre-heat the oven to 375F.
- Take the non stick cooking spray and spray the bottom of your pan.
- Generously salt and pepper the salmon fillet including the skin, take the terragon springs and place them on the salmon.
- pour the lemon juice on top of the salmon and finally place the butter on top of the salmon.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes depending on your oven.
- Serve with Jasmine rice.
