Tofu and Mixed Vegetable Wraps

  1. Divide the tofu and mixed vegetable mixture among the wraps, arranging it down the center of each.
  2. Wrap up tightly.
  3. Place the wraps on a large platter and microwave just until warmed, about 3 minutes.
  4. Place each wrap on an individual plate, cut in half crosswise, and eat out of hand.
