Simple Sweet n' Sour Pork (With Thinly Sliced Pork)

  1. Place the pork meat into a plastic bag, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the katakuriko, and coat the meat evenly.
  3. Add to a bowl and mix well to make the sauce.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over a low medium heat, and fry the meat from Step 1 until crispy, while making sure it doesn't clump together.
  5. After about 5 minutes, add the carrots.
  6. Add onions and green peppers, mix to coat the vegetables in oil, then pour the sauce from Step 1.
  7. It is done once the onions and green peppers have lightly cooked through.
  8. You don't need to thicken it with katakuriko!
