Apple Blossom Cake Recipe

• 3 c. All-purpose flour
• 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
• 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1 tsp Cloves
• 1 tsp Nutmeg
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 c. Sugar
• 1 1/2 c. Vegetable veg. oil
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
• 3 x Large eggs
• 3 c. Apples, diced and unpared
• 1 c. Pecans, minced

1. Sift dry ingredients into large bowl.
2. Pour oil, vanilla and Large eggs into mix.
3. Beat with spoon till mixed.
4. Add in apples and pecans.
5. Place in greased and floured tube pan.
6. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 min.
7. Cold cake on wire rack.
