Salatat Botukan Wa Zaytoon (Olive and Orange Salad)

  1. Cut each orange crosswise into 5 slices.
  2. Place orange slices in a bowl and toss with olives and cilantro.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine juice, oil, orange-flower water, and sugar then stir with a whisk.
  5. Pour over salad; toss gently to combine.
  6. If making ahead of serving time, refrigerate the orange mixture and juice mixture separately.
  7. Bring to room temperature and toss before serving.
