Sharons Palmetto Pimento Cheese
- 4 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
- 13 cups Duke's Mayonnaise (or More, To Taste)
- 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 1 jar (4 Oz.) Pimentos
- Pepper To Taste
- Garlic Salt, to taste
- Allow cream cheese to soften.
- Use a mixer to break down cream cheese and make it easy to incorporate.
- Add mayonnaise, using 1/3 cup as a starting point.
- This isnt a creamy pimento cheese, so you may need to add more mayo to create the consistency youd like.
- Mix in sharp cheddar.
- Drain and add a small jar of pimentos.
- Add pepper and garlic salt to taste.
- Serve cold.
