Fresh Ginger Fruit Salad
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- Juice of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 large mango, peeled and diced
- 1 small pineapple, peeled and diced
- 2 large Asian pears, peeled and diced
- 1 pint raspberries
- In a large bowl, mix ginger with juices.
- Toss lightly with fruit and chill for 2 hours.
- Wine Suggestion: Grosset Polish Hill Riesling, 1997
