Easy Microwave Fried Rice

  1. Combine rice, water and Vegemite* in a microwave proof dish.
  2. Cook on HIGH for 12 minutes.
  3. Heat a frying pan or wok, add a little oil and cook eggs until just set.
  4. Remove from pan.
  5. Heat a little extra oil and stir fry onion, bacon, mushrooms and garlic until onion is tender.
  6. Add peas and rice and stir fry 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with slices of egg.
