Portland Fried Chicken Easy Recipe
- 1 chicken, cut in pcs & skinned
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 c. crushed Rice Krispies
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roll damp chicken in crushed cereal.
- Place on nonstick baking sheet and sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
- If crispier chicken is preferred begin baking at 400 degrees for 20 min.
- Then lower heat to 350 degrees.
- Makes 6 servings.
