Portland Fried Chicken Easy Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Roll damp chicken in crushed cereal.
  3. Place on nonstick baking sheet and sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
  4. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
  5. If crispier chicken is preferred begin baking at 400 degrees for 20 min.
  6. Then lower heat to 350 degrees.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
