Mexican Appetizer

• 2 small or 1 large avocado(s)
• 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
• 2 tsp. lemon juice
• 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
• 1 large container sour cream
• 1 c. finely chopped green onion
• 1 c. finely chopped tomato
• 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
• 1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
• 1/2 c. chopped black olives
• tortilla chips

1. Layer ingredients

5. Mash avocado and mix with mayonnaise
6. and lemon juice for first layer.
7. Combine taco mix and sour
8. cream,
9. mixing well for second layer.
10. Then layer onion, tomato
11. and cheese; top with black olives.
12. Serve with tortilla chips.
