Thai Coconut Noodles With Chicken
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 4 chicken breasts, julienned
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons curry paste
- 14 red onion, julienned
- 1 red pepper, julienned
- 1 lb spaghetti noodles, cooked
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 1 (398 ml) can light coconut milk
- 14 cup whole milk
- 3 tablespoons soya sauce
- Saute chicken in oil.
- Add garlic and curry.
- Cook for a minute.
- Add onions and peppers.
- Saute 3 minutes.
- Add noodles, fish sauce, soya sauce and coconut milk.
- Mix together.
- Add milk.
- Place on a platter and enjoy!
