Crock-Pot Tacos
- 2 1/2 lb. ground meat, browned
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 1 can chili
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp. coriander
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- tortilla chips
- shredded lettuce
- diced tomatoes
- grated cheese
- chopped onions
- Stir together meat and taco seasoning mix in crock-pot.
- Add milk, cheese, beans, chili, tomatoes and spices.
- Cook on low all day long.
