Breakfast Bruschetta

  1. Slice french bread into 1/2 inch slices, Place the bread on a parchment lined cookie sheet, sprinkle with 2 tsp of the splenda, broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat.
  2. for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile combine cream cheese or like product almond extract and remaining plain splenda.
  4. Place spread on warm toast top with berries and almonds and flax seeds, lightly douse with 2tsp of powdered splenda.
  5. Serve 3 pieces a piece.
