Egg Spread Recipe
- 6 hard boiled Large eggs
- 3 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Dash Tabasco
- 1/2 c. soft butter (or possibly butter)
- Dash onion pwdr
- Dash salt
- Peel and chop Large eggs; blend with butter and other ingredients.
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
- This is a good base spread for canapes.
- All of these pates or possibly spreads can be frzn.
