Shrimp & Lobster Linguine Recipe

  1. In a large dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. add garlic; cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Add wine and lemon juice; cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Add cream, salt, pepper, and red pepper; cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  5. Add shrimp; cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp are pink and firm.
  6. Add lobster.
  7. Cook for about 1 minute.
  8. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
