Shrimp & Lobster Linguine Recipe
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic
- 2/3 cup dry white wine
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- 2 lbs. large fresh shrimp. peeled and deveined (tails left on)
- 2 (10 oz.) lobster tails, cooked and chopped
- 1 (1 lb.) box linguine, cooked
- In a large dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat.
- add garlic; cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add wine and lemon juice; cook for 4 minutes.
- Add cream, salt, pepper, and red pepper; cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Add shrimp; cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp are pink and firm.
- Add lobster.
- Cook for about 1 minute.
- Serve over hot cooked pasta.
