Kinako, Cocoa & Coffee Mochi in the Microwave Like It's Freshly Pounded
- 4 Mochi cut into rectangles
- 5 rounded tablespoons Kinako
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder (with sugar)
- 1/2 tsp Coffee
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 dash Water
- 2 sheets the size of your plate Plastic wrap
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Mix the ingredients together.
- #Use rounded tablespoons of kinako.
- Line your plate with plastic wrap.
- Place the mochi on top and pour 2 tablespoons of water over them.
- Microwave for about 1 minute 10 seconds at 600 W. Turn the mochi over and heat for another 10-20 seconds.
- Throw away half of the water left on the plate, and coat the mochi in the mixture from Step 1.
- I recommend sprinkling on even more of the mixture on top.
- You can also add water at this stage.
- This is what it looks like when it's finished.
- Just throw away the plastic wrap after eating.
- This way, you won't need to do much washing.
- Cleaning up is a piece of cake.
