Mini-Venison Burgers

  1. Heat grill.
  2. Mix venison, pork, salt, pepper, mushrooms and apples, and form into 16 small patties.
  3. Grill to medium doneness and crumble blue cheese on top.
  4. Serve on potato rolls.
