Breakfast Casserole Recipe
- 1 box seasoned croutons
- 1 1/2 pound browned sausage (I like sage sausage)
- 1 (8 to 12 ounce.) block Swiss cheese grated
- 6 to 8 Large eggs beaten with sufficient lowfat milk to make a scrambled egg mix which will cover rest of the ingredients in the pan
- Spread in the bottom of a 9 x 12 sheet cake pan:
croutons, sausage, swiss cheese, eggs
