Grilled Honey Sesame Chicken Kabobs
- 1/3 cup honey or blue agave nectar
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 large boneless chicken thighs
- 1 large onion
- 2 medium bell peppers
- 6 large mushrooms
- First cut the chicken into cubes.
- Slice all of the vegetables big enough to fit on the Skewers, set aside.
- Mix the honey, oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Put some aside in a small bowl to brush on kabobs while grilling.
- Turn your grill on low.
- Marinade the chicken and vegetables in your honey marinade for about an hour or so.
- Turn your grill on low.
- Place your chicken and vegetables on Skewers.
- oil the grill then place kabobs on grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Brush on marinade after you flip your kabobs.
- Remove from grill with tongs.
- Now Eat Up!
