Beat And Eat Frosting Recipe

• 1 x egg white
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 c. boiling water

1. Mix egg white, sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla in a small, deep bowl.
2. Addboiling water.
3. Beat to stiff peaks.
4. Spread on cake.
