Flounder in Sweet & Sour Vegetable Sauce

  1. Mince the onions.
  2. Cut the green peppers in half vertically, remove the seeds, and julienne.
  3. Slice the carrot into strips.
  4. Mix in the water-dissolved katakuriko and stop the heat.
  5. Mix everything to create a creamy feel.
  6. Heat vegetable oil (not listed) in a frying pan and cook both sides of the flounder.
  7. Once the flounder has cooked through, transfer to a plate.
  8. Wash the frying pan, heat vegetable oil (not listed) again and add the vegetables from Step 1.
  9. Once the vegetables are more or less cooked, add the sweet vinegar sauce ingredients and mix.
  10. Mix in the water-dissolved starch and stop the heat.
  11. Mix everything to create a creamy feel.
  12. Pour the mixture from Step 7 over the flounder from Step 4 and it's complete.
