Turkey Leftover
- 1 cup turkey cooked, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lard
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup corn flakes rolled
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onions chopped
- 23 cups bread crumbs
- 1 cup light cream (half&half) and half milk
- 1 cup soup, cream of chicken diluted
- Melt fat in skillet, blend in flour, add salt and pepper.
- Stir in milk.
- Cook on low heat until thick, while stirring.
- Stir in turkey, onion, breadcrumbs.
- Shape into 8 small patties and chill.
- Dip in corn flakes, then milk and again in corn flakes.
- Brown in hot skillet.
- Place in bowl and cover with soup.
