Trim-The-Tree Chicken Pitas

  1. Coat a large skillet with nonstick spray.
  2. Add mushrooms and onion.
  3. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add spinach and the 1 tablespoon water to skillet.
  6. Cover; cook 1 minute until spinach just wilts.
  7. Stir in the cooked chicken and heat through.
  8. Add cheeses and salad dressing; toss.
  9. Serve with pitas.
