Pork Casserole en Croute

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Toss meat with flour in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  3. Stir in vegetables.
  4. Mix broth and dressing until blended; pour over meat mixture.
  5. Bake 1 hour or until meat is done.
  6. About 10 min.
  7. before the end of the casserole baking time, unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured surface and roll out to 13x9-inch rectangle.
  8. Top casserole with cheese; cover with pastry.
