Cool & Easy Strawberry Pie

  1. SLICE 1 cup strawberries; refrigerate for later use.
  2. Chop remaining berries; set side.
  3. Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 minute until completely dissolved.
  4. Add enough ice to cold water to make 1 cup.
  5. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
  6. Remove any unmelted ice.
  7. WHISK in COOL WHIP.
  8. Stir in chopped berries.
  9. Refrigerate 20 to 30 minute or until mixture is very thick and will mound.
  10. Spoon into crust.
  11. REFRIGERATE 6 hours or until firm.
  12. Top with sliced berries.
