Almond And Orange Salad

  1. Toast almonds in 350u0b0 oven approximately 8 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In bowl, combine greens, celery, parsley and onion. Cover and chill 2 to 4 hours.
  3. In jar, combine oil, vinegar, sugar and hot pepper seasoning.
  4. Shake well; just before serving, toss greens with dressing.
  5. Distribute oranges and almonds over top.
  6. Serve at once.
  7. Serves 10 to 12.
