Lahm Ajin ( Meat Pie )

  1. once you are done with blending all the above in your food processor -- mix all the above with the meat -- i recommend that you marinate for at least 2-3 hours -- and remember -- the mix that you have created will be okay in your refrigerator for up to 48 hours -- if you feel like baking fresh ones the next day or two.
  2. Remember you can apply your mix to pre-cooked or fresh dough -- this recipe should cook quick -- 10-12 max if you using cooked dough -- for fresh dough 20-25 depending on your oven --
  3. preheat your oven to 450 for best results -- Enjoy.
