Steak with Spicy Broiled Topping

  1. Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs.
  2. In cup, mix parsley, Dijon mustard, horseradish, and mayonnaise dressing.
  3. Place steaks on rack in broiling pan.
  4. Place pan in broiler at closest position to source of heat; broil steaks 6 to 8 minutes for medium-rare or until of desired doneness, turning steaks once.
  5. Spread mustard mixture evenly over steaks and broil 1 to 2 minutes longer until topping is golden.
