Steak with Spicy Broiled Topping
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. prepared white horseradish
- 2 tbsp. reduced-fat, cholesterol-free mayonnaise dressing
- 4 boneless beef rib-eye steaks
- Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs.
- In cup, mix parsley, Dijon mustard, horseradish, and mayonnaise dressing.
- Place steaks on rack in broiling pan.
- Place pan in broiler at closest position to source of heat; broil steaks 6 to 8 minutes for medium-rare or until of desired doneness, turning steaks once.
- Spread mustard mixture evenly over steaks and broil 1 to 2 minutes longer until topping is golden.
