Sweet Potato Pecan Bread Too

• 34 cup sugar
• 12 cup milk
• 3 cups pancake mix (complete)
• 1 egg
• 1 12 cups sweet potatoes (canned)
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 12 teaspoon nutmeg (ground)
• 12 cup pecans (finely chopped)
• 14 cup dried cherries
• 1 pat margarine

1. Mix all of the ingredients together except the nuts and cherries with an electric mixer until well combined.
2. Fold in nuts & cherries.
3. Grease baking dish with margarine, discard extra.
4. Use a 9"x9" square baking dish.
5. Bake in 350 F oven for 50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
