Kodiak Casserole
- 2 lbs extra lean ground beef
- 4 cups diced onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 green bell peppers
- 4 cups diced celery
- 1 (5 ounce) jar green olives
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 (8 ounce) jar picante sauce
- 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cups cooked egg noodles
- 1 cup shreddeed cheddar cheese
- in a dutch oven brown ground beef with onions and garlic;drain.
- add remaining items except cheese mix well cover and bake 3501 hour
- sprinkle with cheese just before serving.
- Freeze leftovers.
