Turkey Kebabs

  1. Trim turkey into 2 inch cubes.
  2. Place in a bowl and toss with oil, wine, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Toss to coat well.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Prepare hot fire.
  6. Thread turkey onto skewers.
  7. Grill 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
