Turkey Kebabs
- 1 12 lbs boneless turkey breast
- 13 cup olive oil
- 12 cup dry white wine
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- Trim turkey into 2 inch cubes.
- Place in a bowl and toss with oil, wine, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Toss to coat well.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Prepare hot fire.
- Thread turkey onto skewers.
- Grill 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
