Hamburger Sliders

  1. In a large bowl, mix the beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and egg.
  2. Spray a skillet with non stick cooking spray, then cook the patties over medium heat.
  3. To keep these small use the 1 Tablespoon measuring spoon and spoon it into the skillet.
  4. Then, press it down with a spatula.
  5. With the Big City Slider, I was able to do 5 at a time; however, in a skillet, I would start with 2-3 at a time.
  6. Continue cooking these until all meat is well done.
  7. Once done, cut the Hawaiian Rolls in half, and use those as buns.
  8. Serve with any of your favorite burger toppings.
