Knackebrot with omelette caprese

  1. Break eggs and stir them
  2. Bake omelette
  3. Cut omelette size of knackebrot
  4. Put omelette, mozarella, ham, cut tomatoes and basil leaf on toast
  5. Finish with olive oil and salt/pepper
