Stuffed Turkey Burgers

  1. Season the turkey as desired with salt, pepper, and steak seasoning.
  2. Mix it up and then form into 8 equal patties.
  3. Chop provolone slices and roasted red bell peppers.
  4. Divide into 4 equal portions.
  5. In the center of 4 of the patties, place the provolone cheese and peppers.
  6. Place remaining 4 patties on top and seal the edges.
  7. Drizzle hot skillet with olive oil.
  8. Cook burgers 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  9. While burgers are cooking, prepare garlic toast according to package directions.
  10. Combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and 1 teaspoon of steak seasoning.
  11. Liberally apply mayonnaise mixture to garlic toasts.
  12. Top with a burger and sliced tomato.
  13. Enjoy!
