Crockpot Chicken Breasts
- 4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- cream of onion soup
- 1 handful baby carrots
- Garlic salt, to taste
- Sprinkle 4-5 thawed chicken breasts with garlic salt.
- Place breasts in crock pot, and pour the two cans of soup over the chicken, spreading around until chicken is fully covered.
- Cook on high for approximately 2 hours, then place carrots in crock pot.
- Cook for additional 2 hours, or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
- Occasionally stir soup around the chicken.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, and use your soup \gravy\ to top.
