Spinach-Cheese Rounds

  1. Thaw pastry at room temperature 30 minutes.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350u0b0F.
  3. Mix egg and water and set aside.
  4. Mix Pepper Jack, Parmesan, onion, parsley, and garlic powder and set aside.
  5. Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface.
  6. Brush with egg mixture.
  7. Top with cheese mixture and spinach.
  8. Starting at one side, roll up like a jelly roll.
  9. Cut into 20 (1/2-inch) slices.
  10. Place 2-inches apart on baking sheet.
  11. Brush with egg mixture.
  12. Bake 15 minutes or until golden.
  13. Makes 20 appetizers.
