Delicious Caramel Apple Dip

• 1 cup butterscotch chips
• 14 tablespoon salt
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 12 tablespoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons white vinegar

1. mix everything together.
2. microwave until melted.
3. stir.
4. and you're done.
