Emeril's Kicked Up Bellini Cocktails

  1. In a blender, combine the peaches, syrup, liqueur, and ice cubes and process until well combined and frothy.
  2. Divide among 4 Champagne flutes and pour in the Champagne.
  3. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Garnish each glass with a peach segment.
  5. Serve immediately.
