Spaghetti With Brown Butter
- 6 cups water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 12 cup butter
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 12 cup mozzarella cheese
- Bring 6 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the salt, and stir.
- Once the water is boiling, add the dry spaghetti noodles to the water.
- Check the spaghetti once it has been cooking for about 10 minutes to see if it is al dente.
- That is firm in the center, but still chewy.
- Once it is al dente, drain the water.
- While the spaghetti is cooking, Heat the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir the butter so that it will not burn.
- Remove from heat when butter turns light brown and gives off a nutty aroma.
