Beer Batter Mix Recipe

• 1 x (12 ounce) can hot beer
• 2 1/2 c. pancake mix oil for deep frying

1. Combine beer with pancake fold in a large mixing bowl.
2. Mix should be the consistency of pancake batter.
3. Heat oil to 3750.
4. When the oil is fully heated, drop batter-dipped fish/shrimp/vegetable/etc.
5. into oil.
6. Cook til golden.
7. Remove the cooked pcs to a plate lined with papper towels that will absorb excess oil.
8. *Try different combinations of brand beers and pancake mixes.
