Turkey Scalloppine
- 1 env. Shake'N Bake Italian Coating Mix
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 4 turkey scaloppine (about 375 g)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT House Italian Dressing
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 green onion, sliced
- MIX coating mix and cheese on a large plate.
- DIP each scaloppine into egg, then coating mixture; place on lightly greased baking sheet.
- BAKE at 400F for 10 - 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare sauce: heat dressing in small pan; add tomatoes and onion.
- Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
- Spoon over scaloppine.
- SERVE over hot cooked fettuccine.
