Spaghetti Pie(Makes 2 Deep Pies)
- 1 medium pkg. spaghetti
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. Romano cheese
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 3 dashes Worcestershire
- 1/8 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can mushroom bits, drained
- 1 large can whole peeled tomatoes (undrained), chopped
- Cook spaghetti.
- Drain.
- Add butter and cheeses.
- Salt.
- Brown ground beef in skillet with next 5 ingredients.
- Drain beef into colander.
- Pour grease out of skillet.
- Return beef to skillet and crispen ground beef.
- Add chopped pepper, onion and mushrooms. Stir over medium/high heat until veggies are tender.
- Add tomatoes and beef mixture.
- Reserve 2 cups meat sauce, using slotted spoon. Mix balance with noodles in buttered pie pans, forming "shells." Top with reserved meat.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Top with grated or sliced processed cheese.
- Return to oven to melt.
